I have loved living here for the past few months. I love my floor plan. The floor plans are very unique and the apartments are very spacious. I mean have you ever seen a 1b x1.5 ba before?! Every time I put in a work order it was taken care of immediately.

It is a beautiful and quiet place to live. Situated at a walking distance from chase bank, indian grocery store, meijer, meridian mall, target etc. Also the bus stop is right across and there are buses to MSU every 40 mins or so. The management is extremely courteous and prompt. All my issues were addressed on the very next working day.

It was a good experience living at Hamilton Trace Apartment. It’s quiet and comfy while in good location accessible to Meijer/Aldi/ meridian mall in 5 mins.

The entire team is super helpful and friendly. The apartments are super clean and my dog enjoys the dog park. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place that feels like it’s tucked back in the woods but is down the street from Meijer and major shops

Hamilton Trace is a solid apartment community. Love the layout, neighbors aren't stacked on top of each other like some communities nearby. Amenities are nothing to write home about but the pool is nice. Lots of green grass and quiet most the time.
