Great staff

I only just moved to the property recently, but the staff at Hamilton Trace have already been such a help to me. Moving across country can be one of the most stressful tasks, but I found my stress greatly reduced once I started looking at apartments in this complex. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered quickly and thoroughly. They made me feel welcome, and even allowed me to move in after their office was closed due to some travel mishaps. I truly have not rented from a company like this before. You can really tell that the people in charge know what they are doing, and that is so reassuring, especially when you're new to town. And on top of that, the apartments are cute and well-taken care of, and the dog park is a lifesaver!

My family and I have lived here for about 5 months and have had a positive experience. The staff is great, they work to address any issues in the complex quickly. They are accommodating in most situations so long as you communicated with them. The complex amenities are nice. The pool is an activity in the summer, and even though there is no fitness facility here, there are partner complexes that can be accessed and used. Although we do not have any pets, Pets are welcome. There is not much issue with it either. Although the buildings are a bit older, overall this has been a great environment.

It is a good place to live.
